NATIONAL APPRAISAL GROUP is an organization specializing in real estate appraisal and consulting. Our appraisal reports are prepared according to the Standards of Professional Practice of the Appraisal Institute and are in compliance with federal government regulatory requirements (FIRREA), state certification standards, and the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice as promulgated by the Appraisal Foundation. Clients find our reports to be of the highest quality and competency. All commercial reports are prepared or reviewed by an individual holding the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and internal review procedures ensure consistency and reliability of value estimates.

We are highly cognizant of clients' timing requirements and all reports are delivered on schedule. The associates in our Residential Division have expertise in the valuation of single-family and duplex residences, high-rise and garden-style condominium units, and residential lots.
